The starting annual salary for this position ranges from $120,000 - $140,000 DOE, plus discretionary annual bonus, company provided vehicle/w gas card, Full Medical coverage and paid vacation/PTO. Relocation expenses paid for the right candidate.

Responsibilities of the Water/Wastewater Construction Project Manager
- Will be responsible for projects ranging from $20M to $150M in size
- Assist in the development and monitoring of project budgets.
- Run assigned project(s) to meet or surpass budget and on time completion.
- Collect and code project cost documents and continually monitor and update the budget to reflect changes in work.
- Supervision of Project Engineer(s) who will monitor project schedules and review work schedules for improving work methods. Oversee the timely submittal and completion of documentation required by the owner and agencies. Prepare subcontractor and supplier agreements to be executed and prepare correspondence to document changes in work or costs. Work with foreman and superintendents to monitor all activities to insure a safe and efficient working environment for crews, subcontractors and the public. Promote good public relations with owners, subcontractors, and the public.
Requirements of the Water/Wastewater Construction Project Manager
- Four year degree in Construction Management or Engineering field.
- Proven Project Management skills in Water/Wastewater self-performed construction
- Skill in successfully leading project teams and preconstruction with structural concrete, mechanical process piping and excavation experience.
- Team player with strong work ethic.
- Proven leadership skills
- Project experience in the $500K - $6M range.
- Working knowledge of Design Build and alternative delivery methods is a Big Plus.
